Rhino Roofing Foam

Rhino Roofing Foam

When installing temporary roofs wider than 7 metres, it's recommended to secure wooden battens through the shrink wrap and into scaffold boards at 2-metre intervals. To help prevent water ingress at these fixing points, self-adhesive roofing foam is applied to the underside of each batten.

The foam compresses to form a tight seal between the wooden batten and the shrink wrap, helping to reduce the risk of leaks and improve weather resistance.

Key Features:

  • 50mm wide – fits standard 2" x 1" (50mm x 25mm) wooden battens
  • Self-adhesive backing – fast, easy application
  • Supplied in 10-metre rolls
  • Improves weatherproofing of large temporary roofs

Recommended Use:

  • Apply directly to the underside of timber battens before screwing them through the shrink wrap
  • Ideal for use on wide-span scaffold roofs where extra sealing is required
