Please ensure all items are returned in their original industrial packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused shrink wrap rolls or accessories in their original boxes, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping container.
Ship to Warehouse
Send your package via a tracked carrier to our central distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the material, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
